Thank you for adding so much to our pre-wedding celebration! The Gingerbread Cat made the most beautiful, festive, and delicious tiered cake for our engagement party. All the guests were in awe of it – everyone with a camera photographed it. The shocking blue and green exterior revealed a tasty almond cake with decadent chocolate buttercream frosting – a fabulous combination. It was the hit of the party. When my husband and I defrosted the top tier after our wedding, we were delighted that the cake froze beautifully and tasted just as good as it did the day of the party, four months earlier.
